Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details, and any messages you send us (for example, customer service enquiries or returns requests). If you subscribe to our updates, we collect your email address.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers through Wix. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our site we and our partners collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, products viewed or added to your basket, approximate location, and the website or advert that referred you. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

Information from social media: if you contact us through Instagram or Facebook, we receive the information you send us and the details in your public profile.

    2.    How we use your information and our legal basis

    3.    Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the following, and only as needed:

    •    Our website and payment providers: Wix.com (hosting, online store and checkout) and the payment services used at checkout.

    •    Our suppliers and their fulfilment partners: we choose products from different suppliers. To fulfil your order they receive your name, delivery address, phone number and order details.

    •    Delivery and courier companies, who need your name, address and contact details to deliver your parcel.

    •    Analytics and advertising partners: Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API). These receive information about how you use our site, such as pages viewed and purchases made, only where you have consented to those cookies.

    •    Our cookie consent provider (Usercentrics), which records your cookie choices.

    •    Professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires us to share information.

    4.    International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom, but our customers, suppliers and service providers are located in many countries, including the United States, the European Economic Area and Asia. Your information may therefore be transferred outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or your consent.

    5.    Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site (for example, your basket and checkout), and, only with your consent, cookies for analytics and advertising. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies.     6.    How long we keep your information

We keep order and payment records for 6 years to meet tax and accounting rules. Other information, such as customer service messages, is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics and advertising data are kept for the period set by the relevant provider.

    7.    Your rights

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal information; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it). You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under these laws, and you can opt out by declining advertising cookies in our cookie banner. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your local law, and we will respect them where they apply.

Our site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
