Return and Refund Policy
Returns
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
How to return
Email us at yoursupport@rikhaonline.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.
Return costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including original shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you to confirm.
Exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll check availability of the size or item you'd like.
